Refund Policy

Donation Refund Policy

1. HUMANITE, Inc.’s donation refund policy exists to ensure a fair and transparent process of donor refund requests. HUMANITE humbly requests all donors practice due diligence in advance of making any donations.

2. HUMANITE has exclusive discretion and right to issue a refund request of any donation received from the donor within 30 days from the date of making a donation.

3. If you wish to seek a refund, please write to finance@humanite.org with the following:
Date of donation
Donation amount
Campaign designation (if any)
Last four digits of your credit card (if applicable)

4. HUMANITE examines each refund request individually. HUMANITE has the right to decline refund requests without providing any reason. HUMANITE also reserves the right to request further information. All decisions made will be final and binding on the donor.

5. Donations are not refunded after 30 days.
